Email delay

Hi everyone!

I have been having a really furstrating problem over the last couple of days.... Just curious if anyone could help? I have been recieving email delays for the past couple of days for no ryme or reason... I have checked everything from my exchange, to the internet circuits... I do know that some people have been recieving the following errors/warning: X.4.7 Delivery time expired

Any ideas , suggestions, help, etc, etc.... Would be greatly apperciated!!!!!!
 
Check with your ISP.....

Do you have any access into your ISP's web filter or controls/administration? You want to be able to see the mail filters and blocked message logs.

Maybe they are experiencing traffic issues or something.

Try increasing your delivery time settings....

Are they eventually going through before time expires?

Is the recipient receiving any notification emails when it doesnt go through?

Does the sender receive any information on the bounceback email in the header section?
 
It's not when I send to external users but when I recieve from them.
