I am using Outlook 2000 on NT2000 and my time settings seem to be incorrect .
In my appointments if I set up a meeting for 2pm the attendees get a request for a meeting set up for approx 8 hours later ( ie 10pm ).
The time is set properly on my PC .
Any Ideas ( I'm connecting to a NT4 SP6 machine running Exchange 5.0

Did you check the time zone setting in Outlook to make sure that it is set at the correct time zone.

TOOLS - OPTIONS - Calednar Options - Time Zone. joegz
