We are using Terminal services on windows 2000 SP4 with Citrix XP SR2
All of my users use the Lotus Notes Web Client (Inotes) for email.

Here is the strange problem
Users 1 one their own Winterm will go into Inotes and compose an email and send an attachment.
User 2 will be on another Winterm and compose an email in Inotes, when they go to attach a file they are directed to the last folder that User1 was in when they attached a file in the previous email.

So if user 1 was in their home folder on the Z drive, then next person who users email on a total different system in Inotes will be directed to users 1’s last location they were in.

I know it is not an Inotes issue because it does not happen on Pc’s just people accessing the Inotes on the terminal servers

The same thing happens with MS Office if you don't do the special install for terminal servers. Check with Lotus\IBM to see if they have the same thing.

I don't know the answer to your question but I do know that iNotes Web Access (known now as Domino Web Access) is not supported on Citrix / TS. Therefore if you try to contact IBM/Lotus you probably won't get any joy since it is not a supported configuration. I'd try searching on as well as the forums on Tek-Tips to see if any other Domino users have the problem.
