Hi
I have 30+ users setup with firstname.surname@domainname.co.uk. Although Exchange shows their email address as Firstname.Surname@domainname.co.uk. My account is set to receive all the undeliverable mail that the POP3 Connector can't map to user. I am getting a lot of this kind of email and the only thing I notice is different in the X-RCPT-TO field is the use of all lowercase email addresses.
I thought that it didn't matter what case the address was, it would be converted to lowercase anyway.
I have tried adding the lowercase email address to the list of addresses in the users properties, but they are not accepted. Which hopefully confirms that it doesn't matter about the case.
I have added the lowercase email address to the routing section of the POP3 Connector, but it still sends me the email.
Can anyone help?
Cheers
Scott
