EM looses creds

I have an EM running on OS Win 2000. Version 1.1.43.2a connected to a 5000. They seem to lose power on a regular basis and when the EM resets, all of the services that log on with the APSYSTEM account (state mgr, watchdog)it loses the password, causing an error in event viewer. I have to log back into the service with the Test password and the service starts. Then I have to restart the EM and all is well.
Any thoughts?

Are the 3 balls spinning in COM+ APPS? I think you can re-enter the "Test" password there. It might save it for you that way.
