Hi,
We are using CE9.0 to email CR9 reports to users as hyperlinks. Is there a way to eliminate the logon prompt when the user attempts to view the report? Is it possible with CAL users and/or named users? Please help.

Thanks to everyone in advance.

If the hyperlink includes the login information, or the report is available to the guest account it should work.

Thanks for the quick response.
This is the hyperlink context that is used to email report links via SMTP to users,

viewer/viewer.csp?id=%SI_ID%

Could you please let me know how to pass in the logon info with the above hyperlink? (Sorry, I am not familiar with ASP or CSP or HTML). Is it possible to send the username and password this way?

I guess you should be aware of this but to make things clearer, the above http line is entered in the Objects>Processing settings> default viewer URL in CE9.0.

Thanks for you help.

Thanks a bunch. That works :)
