I want to change the ELAN IP address. Is this in LD 117 or in the CFN?

In load 117 the call pilot address is 192.168.1.173 and when I stat the ELAN in load 48 the address is 192.168.1.171 which matches the address in the Call Pilot ELAN setup. I want to change the ELAN address, is it done in the Call Pilot and the switch recognizes it or is there some where else that this is changed?

If you are looking at the IP addres in LD 48, that is the address of the Callpilot as programed on the ELAN NIC card in CallPilot. You will have to change the ELAN address in CallPilot (on the server and use the config wizard in CallPilot Manager to make the change). Make sure the switch IP address is correct on CallPilot.

another thing to check in 117 is the subnet address.. the original was 255.255.255.252.. that only leaves 2 working ip address, one network address and one loopback address. you need to make any ip change active post change and you can ping from ld 117
