EERRR Work flow management &CMS reports

Dear Phoneman2:
What exactly do you mean:
- have you purchased a workforcemgm package (such as e.g. Blue Pumpkin). Because, yes they need a custom report being send off each 1/2 hr. as their input
- is he thinking of re-inventing the wheel and make his own workforcemgm reporting tool. Then the forecasting optin in CMS might help you. Was a very primitive workforcemgm tool that based on historical reports and your input (so many agents logged in between this and this time) would create forecasting reports for you. It was never further developed because Lucent/Avaya preferred partnering with more sofisticated systems.
