Editing the Header Information of a Backup

Hi

I am getting this error message
"Media set
for the database has 2 family members but only one is provided." on SQL Server 7 and 2000

I thought if I can change the header information to show that I only have one family member in the backup, I would be able to restore the database.

Would this work ???? , as I dont have the other family member.
