Editing AutoCAD DWGs imported into Visio

I'm new to Visio. I know that Visio allows importing of the AutoCAD DWG format, but it appears that the importation results in a block with 'grips'. Once the DWG is imported, is there a way to edit the text entities within the block? Thank you for your time.

When I tried to edit the DWG block that I imported into Visio, a session of AutoCAD opened that allowed me to edit the text. However, we are looking for a software that will allow us to import the existing drawings we have and make changes to these new drawings without AutoCAD. Can Visio do this?
