eCas implementaion and setup

My company is purchasing eCas and I will be implementing it so I am trying to find some documentation regarding the set up. Any help is appreciated.

Veramark documentation is on the install CD. Pretty straight forward install other than if you use Active Directory and have restrictive profiles. The eCas solution creates userids that need certain permissions.

Their techsupport were great working with me when I installed/upgraded the last time.

workstation. small shop. used the supplied sql. 5,000,000 records are more than enough.
