hello all,
I have a R 14 with EC500 licensing.
I have an extension 3880 enabled with the EC500 feature.
I have set off stat 3880 up like:
3880(extension)
EC500 (application)
1(dial prefix)
xxxx(cell number)
ARS(trunk selection)
1(config set)

I also have an X-Mobile staion(3100) set up like
EC500(xmobile type)
ARS(mobility Trunk group
1(config set)
xxx(cell number)
Termination(mapping mode)
and I have 1 bridged appr (btn 1) extension (3880)

The problem I am having is when calls are made to extension 2830 while EC500 is enabled the call routes directly to my cell phones voicemail.

Any help would be nice.

Thank you,

When you manually dial your cellphone, how long does it take to connect? Also, if you turn off voicemail on your cellphone what happens then?

Speak softly and carry a big switch

According to my old documentation it states the following.
Situation: The user reports that all calls go directly to the cellular voice mail, but the cell phone is on and working fine.
Possible causes: Both XMOBILE extensions may be bridged to the same line appearance on the principle phone.

Thank you Cshine that was exactly the problem.
I have changed the Xmobile station to bridged appr button 3 opposed to button 1 and the problem has been solved.
