Setup a trace on the station that the EC500 is setup and them make a call to the station. You should be able to watch the system attempt the outgoing call to the LD number and possibly see where it is failing.
Done that all looks good from the trace, shows the call being made. We use LD codes from our carrier, so after dialing the ld number you hear a tone (enter 4 digits) and call goes. Since I need to add that code to the call for EC500 I added a route pattern for this number and do a strip and insert plus comma then 4 digit account code. Manual dial to the black berry works fine but through the EC500 it don't get there
I take it that 416 is the BB number? How is your xmoble station setup? Does it have a COR that allows for ld? How is it routing? ARS, AAR or a specific trunk?
Your EC500 has to be setup by one of two methods, either an XMOBILE station or off-pbx-telephone, depending on the version of EC500 that you have. I can understand setting up the route if you are using XMOBILE, but for off-pbxtelephone you should be able to enter the commas directly on the form (thought I am not sure the PBX will know what to do with them).
We are using Off-pbx and no the form only allows 15 digits no , ~p #. The strange thing is I traced the tac out pri and I see the call go out, Going to check the CDR for any fialure codes.
