Extension to Cellular (EC500)

EC500 is Activated

. Incoming Call rings at 9641 Phone
. Does NOT ring on Cellular

Suggestions?

EC500 is Activated in All Call Examples

status station shows SAC off and EC500 enabled?
No call forwarding turned on either?

It sounds like EC500 is turned off since the call goes to voicemail even though you said it's activated.
