EC500 Caller ID on Transferred Calls

I have EC500 deployed on 50+ phones and it works as designed with one minor/major issue depending on who you ask. If you call the Users DID the User recieves the callers caller id on the cell phone. For calls that come into the main number and are answered by the receptionist are then transfered to the Users extension but the office main number displays on the users cell phone.

Any ideas?? I've checked everything I can think of and Im at a dead end.

If you do the same thing but have the caller pick it up at the extension what does the caller id say?
 
The Callers caler id is on the display.
 
we has some issues with this, I set the off PBX set type to these settings. It fixed my issues :)
