I have EC500 deployed on 50+ phones and it works as designed with one minor/major issue depending on who you ask. If you call the Users DID the User recieves the callers caller id on the cell phone. For calls that come into the main number and are answered by the receptionist are then transfered to the Users extension but the office main number displays on the users cell phone.
Any ideas?? I've checked everything I can think of and Im at a dead end.
