EC500 and attendant

Hallo All,

Anyone know of a way to bridge soft-console with a mobile phone? off-pbx station mapping only allows 'stations' ...

I would like to have a mobile ring at the same time as the softconsole as our attendant walks about a lot. We have tried wireless headsets, but they will not allow her to pick up the calls via the headset, and thus are useless.

Get a handset lifter for the headset or switch the console to a phone and use ec500 are the easiest ways.

If you want to have the console login to a hunt group send the calls to a hunt group and use a huntgroup night service key to send the calls to a phone with EC500 but your going to want force many calls make sure it logged in at all times and could be more problem than its worth
