Easy question? Re-directing reception console

Hi everyone,

When our receptionist wants to pop out for 10 minutes, I'd like to be able to re-direct the reception console (Lucent 302C) to another user's standard extension. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it? I'm using a Definity G3Si on v7 of the OS.

I've set up a night service in the main incoming Trunk field.
Receptionist just presses the night button to transfer all calls to the extension for that period.

In the trunk field (ch trunk x)scroll through to page 3. At the end you'll see "NIGHT SERV" put the extn in there. Then when the Attn hit's the "Night Service Button" it should route there.

As usual there are many ways to do this, you could also pop in an extension in the listed-directory-numbers.
