EASY QUESTION I'm Sure... Remove a Exch Mailbox? HOW?

Hello everyone...
(Exchange Server 2003)

I recently added a new user and then found out that my boss wants me to keep his account in place, but remove his Exchange Mailbox/....

HOW DO I DO THIS??? I think I remember a utility used to "remove" or "delete" the mailbox... can anyone help!?

On the Exchange server open ADUC and select that user account. Right click and select 'Exchange Tasks". Then select 'delete' mailbox. The mailbox will be removed from the user account.
