Easily Update Site Information

I am very very new to .asp and not even sure if it is the route I want to take but I currently creating a website that has to be updated twice a day with new information. The only thing I want the information to have is a product image, a description and a link to the product. This is a site I"m creating for myself. When I think about it, it seems like it would be an easy task but I am not sure where to start. All I would need is a very very simple back-end database where I could add and delete products in a particular category as necessary with the three needed fields (image, description, link) There would be no ordering or anything from my website, but it would place links to other websites.
