E911 Type and Model Number

Can anyone tell me where or how I can find the E911 type and model number on a Meridian CS1000M CP IV.

Thanks in advance for all your help.....I check this site just about everyday......very helpful in all kinds of ways.

Not sure what you are asking here.
There is no "E911 type and model number".

Are you looking to see how E911 is configured or what options you have?

ESA options for 45.0 and earlier systems are:
PKG 329
PKG 330
PKG 331

Release 5.00 and 5.50 added in 2 additional packages for ESA
PKG 336
PKG 337

You can get the package list in LD 22.
