I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WHILE BUT, LOADING 3.0 ON A OLDER UWS4 GIVES ME ERROR THAT I NEED TO UPGRADE .NET FRAMEWORK TO VER. 2.O. IT WILL NOT RUN AN EXE ON WIN CE.
