E3719 unable to write to media

Hi all,

I've got this teething problem with v11.0. Every night when my backup is running, it will definitely end with failed and error code e3719, EC=cartridge not in place.

Checked with the tape drive and cartridge and no errors when backing up files.

Upon checking, I realised it always happened on mailboxes ( Exchange 2003 ) and it is random.

Can anyone advice?

Sorry but for 11.0 I don't even want to start troubleshooting because there have been so many fixes. As far as I'm concerned update and then lets see.
