E1-T1 Connection

Has anyone out ther managed to connect an E1 circuit (in England!) to a T1 circuit (in the USA) successfully?

I have a little issue with one of my clients! Any help would be appreciated.

It is a Definity in England but it is a Hicom in the USA (I believe)

I think you need E1/T1 converter somewhere.
Which protocol you would like to use?

It's much more easier to reconfigure E1 TN2464 board on Definity as a T1. (Deep switch on board E1-T1 plus soft config)
