E1 PRI connection with Cisco Router

Hi Everyone
I have a problem that the connection which is E1 PRI between Definity and Cisco router. Installation is working with trunk access code. But I want that connection have to use ARS criteria. If i use ars call , router responds steady dial tone but in the debug of router i can see the right numbers . For example if user dials 00322
then 7 digits ( first 0 is ARS access code ), call should go to Router trunk. So at the ARS table , dialing pattern is 0322 , min and max digit 11 , call type is pubu , route -pattern is 101 . At the route-pattern trunk no is 24 , deleted digit 1 , inserted digit 9 . 24th trunk is isdn tie trunk. What do you think Problem is at the Definity or Cisco .

It could be both, you need to verify your dial-peer statements in the Cisco router, I'm assuming you're hooking to a NM-HDV module? But you need to make sure you have the dial-peers setup to look for those digits, and also forward the digits over to the next hop router. (I'm reading as you're doing VoIP between 2 routers correct?) I can't help you much on the definity side, I'm still learning it. I can help you alot on the Cisco side..

This is a bit heavy without looking at it. we can make a start by testing the Cisco as buckweet mentioned.

If you do "ch tru 24", look at dial-access, to see if this is set to yes. If not, please do so and look at the right for the TAC.

Now go to an extension and dial the TAC. If you have dialtone, dial the number and see what happens. If you are rejected, the trunk is not in service.

This TAC passes ARS, TOLL and route patterns and connects you right to the hardware.
