I have a IP Office 500 V2 with E1 Outgoing. which is supposedly sending timing errors (clock) and the Supplier is reset for safety every time desert, when he sees a high number of errors. During that time obviously does not have outgoing lines available.

my question: which may review or vary to correct this?

What is the current clock source setting of the trunk? If you only have trunks from one provider then normally the setting should be 'Network'. If that is the case then check the state of the cables.

Only one should be set to Network. All others set to fallback.

'The shopping make you not happy place, please forgive me. Thanks for looking, you mix order. Good luck for you'

Ideally yes, but actually you can set several to Network and the system will just use the first one in card/port order. I was trying to get the original poster to confirm what the current settings of the trunks were!

is an E1, and if configured as NETWORK

Ask provider if CRC4 is enabled on the trunk..

Make sure the settings in the IP Office match the provider settings.
