Anyone out there got or know how to get the .map files for NRU v10.0? I'm trying to back-up a UK v5 MICS, but NRU keeps asking for AYA00ENG.MAP
My map files finish at avb03eng.map which I believe is used in NRU v9 on Modulars upto v4.

Afternoon! Thanks for the info. The Nortel download is for NRU10 (I've already got that on CD, but downloaded it again just to be sure something's not changed). It would appear that the inbuilt .map files may be for the US market? Either way, they finish at ape00eng.map. The file that NRU is asking for is aya00eng.map. Presumably, there is a file containing updated .map files for later UK Modular ICS out there somewhere, bit I'm b"gg3£ed if I can find it!
Without it, the remote set tool works, but that's all, and I particularly need it to carry out a back-up and restore (I'm connecting directly to the ERAD with my lapdog).

Here we are at NRU 11 for the new systems.

I rather suspect that even NRU11 will only come with US .map files, so the problem with the missing aya00eng.map file will persist.
It's a shame that Nortel don't make these files openly available, as at the end of the day all we're trying to do is provide (their) customers with a good service. I think it's called teamwork....
