I wonder if anyone can help solve my problem which only occurs occasionally(at least where I am involved) but could have serious implications.
Within our company, we have a network spread over two sites running a combination of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange. All mail goes through a server which then distributes the mail to the required machine(s).Every so often, when one user sends an e-mail to another user which the second user then replies to, the reply ends up in the inbox of a third user(myself) who had nothing to do with the subject being discussed. This has happened twice recently, both times involving the same two initial users. So far, the e-mails have not been particularly important but obviously I am worried that something confidential could end up in the wrong person's inbox. I have checked the message both times and there is no mention of my name. What can I do to solve this.
