E-mail in contacts folder

I have one user that keeps getting e-mail in his contacts folder.???? what the heck the up with that?? I tried just about everything I know..

Yes i checked the rules and you are correct it was sending the info to that folder. But there is still no mail showinf up in the in box and it says filter on.

Get rid of all filters and rules (note them down), some must be either causing it or conflicting.
