E-mail Error

Hello,

I have a client that we setup exchange 2003 SBS and we are getting an especific error from a user when tries to send an e-mail to a vaid aol account.The error is the following

You do not have permission to send to this recipient

I have look over in the Microsoft Support but so far no luck.

Any suggestions or comments.

The message it's comming from exchange

Did you check any restrictions that user has, or the group he/she belongs to?
Also check there was no misspelling of te address, those can generate weird errors too.
