Dynamic printer settings

Here's a tricky one for me at least.
We have an application that uses a special printer that is connected either to their desktop or their local network. The application prints to a custom form.
The good news is that the printers autocreate when the user connects (anonymous by the way). The bad news is that I can't get the default form to be the custom form.
Is there a way to set the default form associated with a printer driver?
