dynamic PDFs

Hi,
Does anyone know if its possible, if I have an existing PDF to insert values into it from a mySQL database. The PDF has fields where the user can type in data but I want to be able to populate them dynamically.

If not, is there a way to convert RTF to PDF on the webserver?

Have a look at the FDF functions:

http://ca2.php.net/manual/en/ref.fdf.php

If you use PHP on UNIX this needs to compiled into PHP.
For Win32 you just need the DLL and some config settings in the php.ini
