Dynamic Paramaters?

Hi All,

I am using a product called P2000 by PegaSys (its a security/badging software) It integrates Crystal 9 with a SQL server backend for its reporting solutions.

I am wondering the following: In the reports I build with Paramaters, I use a column of data in the database to populate the paramaters. If the column is updated, the paramater values are not.

Is it possible to create a dynamic paramater that is updated real time through the database?

Not it Crystal-9, only with a 3rd party add-on tool.

"Dynamic Parameters" became part of the Crystal baseline tools in XI.

Do you know a third party tool that I can use? Just curious, CR 9 is an integrated part of the software we use.

Datalink Viewer is a crystal report viewer that offers this I believe.
