dynamic ip converter?

i have dsl so my ip changes. and i need a program thats is free that will allow people to access my server through my curent ip or an older ip of mine. is there any such programs? if so what are they called or were can i get one?
i am setting up a game server if that helps at all.

try a dynamic DNS - I use no-ip.com but there are many others. google "free dyanmic dns" for more info.

You will get no joy trying an older IP.

Manarth's suggestion is the only practical one, other than if possible paying slightly more per month for a static IP. Some ISPs will not give them out, most will for a fee.
