Dymo LabelWriter Error:Labels.DLL

Howdy all,

Wondering if I can get some non official support. Using a WinXP Box, we have a user with a dymo label writer 400, and running into a error.

Application Error: Exception EPrinter in Module LABELS>DLL at 0002F1D6

Now, I know it is not the labelwriter itself... (Got a new one just to make sure) and I tried the methods that Dymo mentions to try and fix it. No Luck.

Went into the Registry.. looked for anything "Dymo" and "Labels.dll" related and whacked em.. but this issue still persist.
Again , just looking for another other sugegstions.. especially with DLL handling.

Are you using the Dymo label printing software?

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

Linney, yes.. did the remove and re-add...

Does this Dymo Label Writer have a listing in the Device Manager, and if so are there any errors flagged?

Are there anything showing in the Event Viewer that might be relevant?

The link I posted earlier mentioned your exact error message so you would imagine that Dymo Support would have some clue as to how to fix it.
