DWC Key with Symposium

As an alternaltive, you can use the AWC and DWC keys for SOME info.
The DWC key will provide the calls in queue and longest wait time, per the CDN data. The AWC key will provide number of agents, per the target ACD data.
One thing to keep in mind is that a DWC key requires the queue, and since the CDN is not the ACD queue the agents log into, they have to be defined as a supervisor.
BTW, the readerboard option works well, Visual Electronics makes a pretty good product, which is what we use in our center (60 seats, Succession 3.0, Symposium 4.0)
