I installed DVD Copy yesterday and got "unable to load API" error when starting application. I downloaded ForceAPI software to update API on my DVD and it worked well, Nero CD tester showed all proper drivers loaded. I started DVD Copy angain and it ran fine, however this time the software would not allow me to select any source location saying "selected location does not contain supported content". To solve this problem I decided to reinstal DVD Copy software under already updated API.
I removed DVD Copy, rebooted, reinstalled it and rebooted again. This is when I noticed my DVD-ROM missing, it is not showing under Windows any more but it shows in BIOS just fine; when starting the system, the drive opens and is powered on. Any ideas on how to fix it?
