I have a NT4 server with running coldfusion,sql 7 and IIS- and a working web site
I want to duplicate that site on another computer (Windows 2000 IIS 5) with same version of coldfusion and sql - for testing purposes and when I do that and try and look at the site on the local machine for example browse to that testing computer extrenal ip address/index.cfm it goes to the live site not the test site, same thing happens when i browse to the site within IIS. Can anyone shed some light? What are the step you would take to transfer all the information over to a new computer??
