Long story but I want the records that are returned to be duplicated.

A set of letters that are produced using crystal need to be printed 3 times. Pressing the print button 3 times is not acceptable. As the letters must come after each other.
 
Create a detail section with ALL the information exactly where you want it. You cannot use page/report/group headers or footers to do this.

Once you have it the way you want, create two new detail sections and copy and paste the first detail section into them. This will repeat the same data three times.

This will work if you want the duplicates back to back. If you need to be able to separate them you can force 'table inflation' by linking to an 'inflation' table. There is an article about this in:
