I've got a problem with a crosstab that doesn't seem to group items properly.

Age item1 item2
10-16 2
10-16 12
17-20 4
17-20 4

As you can imagine, I would prefer the table to look like this: -

Age item1 item2
10-16 2 12
17-20 4 4

Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?

Hello Chogben,

I ran into this problem years ago when working with BO 4.0.
Can't recall how I solved the problem then. However, If you create a crosstab from 3 dimensions (i.e. the values in the body of the crosstab are not defined as measures (pink circles) but dimensions (blue rectangles)) you will get this result of multiple crosstabs lines for each occurence within the body.
So, is the object in the body correctly defined as a measure? (this should be done in the corresponding universe!)

Thanks!

Just the hint I needed. I just needed to place brackets around the variable name.
