Duplicate post, but not all fields?

Hi!...

How can I make this?...

I want to duplicate one post with example "Name, adress, phone, fax, etc... but I dont want all off the info duplicated... Lets say that I want the name and the adress duplicated, but I want the phone and fax fields to be blank.
so I can add more users in a company... get it..?
how..? JZII
