I have an issue with a user receiving duplicate emails. Not all the time, but pretty infrequent. One message arrives in plain text and the other is formatted. This only appears to occur with internal mail. He is using Outlook 2000 with it setup as a MAPI client as well as having Internet Mail installed in the Profile. I checked his Options and he has Internet Mail unchecked when checking for new mail on the server. He is only pulling from the MAPI client. As well he is delivering all of his mail to a PST file and does not have any copy rules setup. I appreciate it if any ya'll have some information on what may be occuring and how to correct it.
