Hi, not sure if this is an exchange 2000 problem or an outlook xp problem or neither.
Some of our users are sending emails to both external and internal recipients and for some reason the recipients are recieving two copies of the email. The first comes through as it should be displayed and the second comes through with no formatting, like simple text. This is only happening to some users and I cannot see any differences in their active directory accounts or in the setup of outlook. Has anyone had a similar problem or ever heard of this?
