duplex/speed

hi

how do i set the speed/duplex of fa0/0 on a cisco 2600 series? I would also like to know if there's a page somewhere (can someone offer a link?) which lists all the most commonly used cisco confirguration commands. I know this is basic information for many on this forum but advice really appreciated.

duplex full | half
speed 10 | 100
or use a ? behind the speed and duplex commands to see your options.
if you 2600 has got Ethernet interfaces you can't set these
