We have a HP5550dn installed on our Windows network.

I have a 2 page document I'd like to duplex. I've picked the printer and set the finish options to 2 sided. If I only print 1 copy, all is well. If I print 2 copies, it will give me 2 sheets, the first with page 1 on front & back & the second with page 2 on front & back.

I've searched for the ppd & found several copies on the server, all with the same file name & size. From other message boards, I copied one of the ppds to the default directory in Quark for ppds. Still no help.

Previously, it was installed directly on my computer & all worked fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advanced,
Connie

Have you chosen the "Collate" feature?

I know I cannot print more than one copy from my Ricoh, no matter how hard I try.

And I've spoken to everyone in the world about it, so I've givin up. I can, however, print as many copies as I choose in any other program (InDesign).

I can't... it's grayed out.

Nice to know I'm not alone, though. I've just been printing one side at a time & using the bypass tray.

It's just in Quark; I can print as many duplex copies as I like in CorelDraw.
