Dupicate emails in outlook 2002

Couple of quick questions:
Do you use an Exchange server?
If so, and you have Personal Folders (.pst) files with Exchange deliving to the on-line mail box, and you have an Internet E-Mail address (pop3) configured for the same account, and they are both set to download mail, things can double up. I am not sure of the exact setting combo that causes this. If you do have both (check your accounts from the Tools menu, you may want to disable one of the check for e-mails on Tools - Options - Mail Services.
Disclaimer: If you are part of a corporte environment, and your Net Admin, Help Desk, or other Computer Support person is not the model for Nick Burns, you may want to discuss things with them as too why there are two accounts set up.
