Duplication majors on an 8700. Duplication link shows up and refreshed yet. Besides a processor interchange which is service impacting is there another means in which we can investigate or resolve the issue.

testdupboard at the shell passed and the interchange was done today
If you perfomr a server interchange WITHOUT FORCE this will tell you more. If it fails with an error it is likeley to mean that there is a fault with the duplication. If it succeeds then it's possible that CM is mis-reporting the fault. Perform a couple of forced interchanged and then clear alarms to resolve. If they reappear analyse your ports to se if you're losing packets. Eth 4 will sggest a problem
