Yeah I'd thought of twinning it but that's kind of twice around the barn to get to the front door - and if the user already has their desk phone twinned to a cell number it gets kinda messy.
That is an example when twinning should be used. One number rings on both so can be answered on either and same number displayed when calling out from either.
But I already told you to twin it and you dismissed it as "twice around the barn to get to the front door", perhaps it sounded better the second time around
You were right, it was just me not knowing the difference between mobile and internal twinning. When you first mentioned it I thought they were the same, single option.
