My client's network is configured with 2 routers, one for Internet access and the other to access a branch office (two different gateways). However, the users are complaining that sometimes the packets get routed incorrectly to the wrong gateway. Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem? Thanks.

place the router to your branch office in front of the ISP router,
then assign the branch office router as default gateway on all your clients,

add a static route on the branch office router so all packets to the branch office go over the leased line (or other connection type) and all the other packets should be forwarded to the ISP router...
I have not failed, I just found 10000 ways that don't work

Double check your routing tables on your routers.

Hope this helps
