DTS Workflow Properties Options Tab Name

In my DTS, I have an Execute SQL Task.

I right click on WorkFlow -> Workflow Properties.

When the Workflow Properties Screen comes up, I click on the Options Tab.

On the Options Tab, How can I change the Name and Description?
