If you enable Logging under package properties you can view how long each individual task took to run. To view the package logs you need to right click on the package name and select "package logs..."
Another approach would be to schedule the DTS Package as a SQL Job. You can then right click on the job name and select "view job history..." to view the run time of the job after it has run.
